    Hook a fat fuck up, man. I'm 6'1", 180 lbs, and have love handles for days. Shit's got to go, this ain't a good look. A six-year-old girl's got better forearms and shoulders than me. Where am I going wrong

    6 1 and 180 ain't fat, bro. I'm that height and weigh 215 and need to get down to 190.

    If you got love handles at 180 you're probably just gay and there's nothing anyone can do for you

    I've got love handles for days, man. My fat is distributed in a really weird way, it's embarrassing and I never take my shirt off. Been running 4 miles/day, 5-6 days/week, but it's not really doing much anymore.

    Lift heavy weight and stop the long duration cardio.

    You should also consider going low carb for 30 days to regain insulin sensitivity.

    Get at least 8 hours sleep per night.

    That's a start....

    On the real, my nig? I'm going to do this. I'm cutting back to 5Ks and going to start using the free weights in my shop. The sleep thing will be tough, but I'll try to make it happen.

    Cut down on the metabolic conditioning and the carbs you consume to feed it.

    Yeah man, wish I could have made that happen, it was pretty difficult to arrange. I'll be out there again for another school in the near future, though, I'll try to make it happen then.
