Two years ago I was pretty tight at 115. I'm female, 5'1". My form of exercise was walking home from work quickly (3.85 miles in just over an hour) 3-4 times a week. I won't join a gym or go into a public pool. I picked up a hobby that requires a lot of devoted time so I don't do the walk or anything else anymore. I'm now 139lbs and feel I look awful. I'm not myself at this weight. I'm vegetarian and although I can eat better, I don't necessarily need to cut calories. If anything, I consume too few calories (making my body feel it's hungry so it retains the fat). I don't know if I'm really asking for advice. Maybe I'll turn this thread as a public way of noting my progress because I've GOT to get active again and get back to my fighting weight!!!! Maybe even post pics of my befores and afters (yikes!).
