and I completely back denying all federal funding to help recover from Hurricane Sandy. From my experiences yesterday with NJ Transit I believe it is obvious that any funds provided to NJ will only go towards paying Christie's fast food bills. It is obvious that no funds in the NJ budgets actually go towards their intended purposes. from 9PM till 11:40PM none of the scheduled buses appeared at the designated stops on Rt 9 in Monmouth Cty, leaving > 40 people at each stop standing in the freezing rain for hours (without the enclosed shelters NJT was budgeted to provide 5 years ago). During this time multiple buses with the correct routes displayed were observed racing north, passing all stops while empty. When one bus stopped at the convenience store 100 yards away from the stop, the driver refused to allow any of the freezing, and soaking wet passengers on board, not even to dry and warm themselves while he purchased beer at the store (NJT drivers are allowed to drink beer while on duty?). now as far as I am concerned leave the NJ shore desolate until their govt demonstrates the ability and desire to actually improve their own state: a desolate and decrepit NJ coast accurately reflects the NJ state govt.
