I was in Tinley Park Illinois, and I saw a truck with personalized plates that read "DAWGS." Didn't have time to snap a photo. Could have been Dawg. Was there a management meeting in Chicago this week?

Harlem Ave near the I80 ramp. My friend lives on 179th & Oak Park. Nice little town. I really liked Frankfort.

There's only several hundred houses around there. Feel free going door to door looking for him. Be sure to tell him Droog said hi.

No doubt. I've never once even considered it. I always wonder what the appeal is to those who get them.

I didn't get a good look. The plates gave me a chuckle. I figured it had to be him because he's from Chicago. Would be hilarious if he loved this place so much that he got plates that say DAWGS on them. He'd be our Double A. :jj:

If it was Elias, and he actually had a DAWG plate, then surely he'd have "Marshal Woodworks" decal stuck somewhere too :dontknow:

You could have went to a concert. You were right by the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre. The main outdoor arena in the area. I saw the Who there.

I asked about that place. He hasn't been there. Doesn't go to many shows these days.

I've always liked Chicago and am pissed that Detroit doesn't have a similar transportation system. There's no shortage of good places to eat as well. He used to live in town (Michigan Ave & Irving Park), and I figured it wouldn't be as cool to visit when he moved to the suburbs. I was wrong. Super easy to catch the train into town, and the suburbs have plenty of charm of their own. Only thing I dislike is toll roads and low speed limits. 55 on a freeway is complete bullshit.

I had to look up the name of that place before I posted. When they built it, it was called the World Music Theater. Now every place needs a corporate name on it. One of the older ones here in way up north by O'Hare airport. It used to be called the Rosemont Horizon, now it's the Allstate Arena. I still call them by the original names.

We spent 5 days there in '03. Stayed at the Best Western on Michigan Ave. Loved Chicago! Great museums, great food!
My stepson graduated from Chicago Art Institute and he showed us around town. Loved it!

I just bought an 8 foot banner for a show I may do soon. I drive around with it flying from my antenna in the meantime.
