yeah. all fast food chicken patties, all supermarket chicken patties: they take the chicken and liquefy it. then it is forced through a sieve under pressure so that the consistency is uniform and that of pancake batter. the pink color comes from the food glue used to get it to hold shape once formed.
thats what you're eating when you get mcnuggets or tyson nuggets.

i think that is mostly fish because it still flakes like whitefish when you cut it. i just dont think its especially good fish: nothing you would buy in the supermarket.

no that's from the sugar. the seasoning is made of a sugar base with salt, pepper, and some other powders added.
it did to me a long time ago before i knew what was in it.
So that's why they taste so good.
not sure if they still do it, but the first ingredient in the list for their buns used to be sugar too. little kids get hooked before they are old enough to know better. same with the Big Mac secret sauce (that's mostly thousand island dressing)
