    What grounds slander? If so...
Wouldn't Howard in a civil suit have to prove he doesn't wear a wig?

Harassment? He dogged people far worse for years

Plus were will he find a jury that doesn't think he is a total asshole?

I don't get what people are scared of. He would never do this anyway....you think he looked like an ass after crying about 'cyber bullying'?
Imagine a lawsuit against some nobody because he wasn't being nice to him (the guy who's been an evil fuck to hundreds of people spanning decades).
    Great publicity!

LeAnn Rhimes is suing some teacher/twitter user that SHE called for recording their conversation. She's also pushing for criminal prosecution. I'm not saying that Howard would do something, but celebs have money, lawyers and time to fuck with anyone they want

if he did sue someone for slander regarding him wearing a wig....i know the defendant would be responsible to prove its fake

but would the defendant be allowed to inspect his hair or get a pro in there to inspect the hair

he allows celebrity inspectors to touch it.....what about the common folk?

In order to prevail in a slander suit the plaintiff needs to prove that he/she was materially damaged by the comments. How is Howard damaged by allegations of having a wig, etc? The bar for slander/libel is also raised higher when it involves a public figure since they are open to parody. If Howard did try some frivilous suit, he'd face not only media backlash but pro bono lawyers lined up ten deep for the defendant wanting the publicity and the potential countersuit against a deep pocketed douchebag like Howard.

If the wig doesn't fit you must acquit.

Howard would not like the media assault he would be hit with. Say he went after me as an example. Disabled for 20 + years, father of 3 whose wife has been out on disability since nov of 2012. He has assets in excess of 1 billion dollars and he's suing me? :hilarious: I can't see that ever happening no matter how many threats are leveled.

When he said that I lol'd at his show for the first time in a long while. 36 M in CA damn that narrows it down... he could get a sketch artist if he could find out the hair color was brown.

Not to mention what a determined lawyer would do to Stern in Discovery.

You should only hope that Stern would sue you. Your quality of life would ultimately end up much improved

I haven't really commented on the whole NSA thing, but the reality is it's been going on since 2006, and they don't record conversations the use the record to track patterns, They are doing exactly what google, Facebook, yahoo, banks, CC companies do.

They use algorithms to track patterns. Did it ever concern you when your CC company calls you because you live in CA and your card got used in FL?

Howard's lawsuit against Sirius/XM was ridiculous, but significant marbles were at stake.

He may have his lawyer write a threatening letter, hoping that someone will back down or be too cheap/scared to fire back a response, but I can't see him ever suing a former fan due to online "bullying".

Ha, if he sued someone over whether or not he wears a wig, it would just prove once and for all.....it's a wig.

sadly I can .. but he would have to put up or shut up about the wig thing once and for all ...

if howard was really being bullied he could very easily get some sort of restraining order correct?

the more he brings shit like this to light the more he opens himself to look like an even bigger asshole
