The funny thing is the a lot of the same people who are super pro gun rights, pro-open carry, this that and the other are totally fine with cops shooting people of certain demographics upon site if they have bb guns. Or wallets.

I think that's a serious question. If someone points a gun at you, how much time would you estimate you have to ask questions before you might find out the hard way whether it is real?
