First I would render the lard into heating oil for the house all winter. Then send the rest to an African village to live off of for many moons.
Could make a lot of Gyro's with that loaf.
And still fill your freezer with some choice cuts.
with that much fat you have to go low and slow. 225 for about 18 hours over cherry wood.
