I will answer this question as it pertains to me. I didn't always hate Stern. I discovered him on the radio when I was 12 years old and getting ready for school, circa 1993 or 1994. I was impressionable and I thought the show was cutting-edge and funny. Listening to the Stern Show while getting ready for school became my routine throughout middle school, high school, college and law school. I didn't know many other people who listened to Stern. Whenever I would meet somebody who liked Stern, we immediately bonded and talked about the Stern Show. I thought it took a unique kind of person to like the Stern Show, i.e. you had to be open-minded and couldn't be uptight. Any rational/reasonable/sane person will readily admit that the Stern Show sucks fucking shit compared to what it used to be. I submit that the current Stern haters used to be Stern lovers like me. I come on Dawg's because I assume that the people here are similar to the people I used to bond with back in school when the Stern Show was good. Most of the people here are not uptight and have interesting viewpoints and senses of humor. Dawg's is a place for like-minded people to socialize and have a good time.
