Man wearing 'I'm a smart one' shirt charged with offering money for sex Robert Armstrong, 48, arrested Monday evening LEBANON, N.H. —A man wearing a shirt with the phrase “I’m a smart one” was arrested on a solicitation of prostitution charge in Lebanon, police said. Officers said Robert Armstrong, 48, advertised money for sex in an internet advertisement. Police answered the ad and arranged to meet Armstrong at a restaurant, investigators said. In online correspondence, police said Armstrong offered an undercover officer $75 for sex. Armstrong was arrested at 6 p.m. Monday and charged with solicitation of prostitution. He was processed on the misdemeanor and released on his own recognizance. Armstrong was cited to appear May 23 in Lebanon District Court.
