    Its a boneless leg of lamb cost me over $30. I bought some greek seasoning that the butcher recommended and a lemon and some onions. What else should I add? Garlic for sure and black pepper. Maybe some old bay?

    As someone who is half Armenian and grew up on lamb, I can tell you that you would probably be better off making that into a stew IMHO. Unless it's some really top end stuff, you're better off using the leg as part of something else, lamb chops and a rack are more of a centerpiece type of meat, but that's just me. Normally you slow roast a leg of lamb (which takes a long time and you probably aren't set up for). You could also make some great gyros out of it.
