if you're serious, let me know how it is. I have been eating nutri-system regular stuff for like 8 months, and lost weight. but this select stuff looks better. I am sick of greyish looking food.
It's preferable not to have triceps that flap in the breeze.
Green drink and EECP sessions are really the only way to go.
Have you considered walking some deer trails in Germany?

i think that's how nutri-system works. You ever see the portions? it is laughable. Especially after 11 minutes in the microwave...
Plus, some of it tastes to bad, you lose your appetite. some of it is really good tho.
those nutrichocolates are my faaaavorite, and the m&m things. I like some of the things, but after so long i am sooooo sick of it.
I'm the same way with portions. I love food.

Ive lost 11 pounds eating lean cuisines and yogurt. I use one of those apps to track the food too. I also go to the gym 3 times a week now. Let me know how the nutri system works out. I was going to try that.
Bobtraw and Dalepie, combined weight :190, are on diets

i lost 47 pounds on it. took a while. like 8 months. i am really anxious to see how bobtraw like the select. I want to try it.
I think the only way I can keep the weight off is to eat nutri-system 3-4 times a week.

Did you eat the whole week's worth of food in one day?
Diet schmiet. All you have to do is expend more calories than you consume. Eat 6 small healthy meals a day, drink a lot of water w/ at least 30 minutes of exercise (cardio and weights).
