I'm looking for good movies on Netflix. Any suggestions?

There are great TV selections, and I've watched a bunch. Sometimes, I just want to sit back for a couple of hours and watch a movie, but it seems that they all suck.
Am I the only one? If not, prove me wrong.

I can tell you what not to watch. Don't watch any foreign classic on it. I watched both Old Boy (the original) and Battle Royale and both were horribly dubbed.

Prove you wrong? How the fuck are we supposed to know what movies that you've seen and which ones you haven't?

You're essentially asking all members to list all Instant movies that are worth watching.

Is it that hard to do a search for a movie that you want to see?

I Saw the Devil too. HORRIBLE dub!

Good Korean films are hit or miss on Netflix. How fucking hard is it to offers subs?

I'll watch it again if I accidentally drink poison and need to projectile vomit.

You underestimate the level of "special" some members exhibit here at Dawg's.

Actually good. Even the "boring" parts are well done.

The ending was stupid, IMO. And the thing with the preacher was oh-too-cutesy and typical. Other than that, good stuff.

It wasn't great enough to not want to pop PT Anderson in the ovary, however.

    Great movie!
Dunno what genre the OP likes (and I don't know if this is on Netfix) But The Impossible is a good one. Based on a true story.

I recently watched two movies that Netflix constantly recommended, "The Road" and "Beyond the Time Barrier". I think Netflix is trying to kill me. The former was the most depressing thing I've ever seen, and the latter was the worst attempt at entertainment I've ever seen.

I know that's a good movie. I'm saving it for a rainy day. There doesn't seem to be any others.
