i only listen to the online feed ...when i had the stiletto i constantly got the "acquiring signal" nonsense.

i've been paying approx $5.00 a month. yesterday i noticed a $15.00 charge, anyone know why? i'm satisfied with the internet feed because i'm able to get XM on it as well.:dontknow:
has anyone noticed unexplained rate increases? i'm dreading the call to customer service.:nocheer:

in my experience, i call to cancel (not really a bluff since i really don't care) and they end up giving me a sweetheart deal, like $20 for 5 months. BUT you have to remember to call and do the same thing again before 5 months is over or they will automatically bill you regular price after that. doesn't work on online subscription though, they never really budge on that. this company is really a shitshow. each call is a very unpleasant experience

Sirius/XM is one of the sneakiest companies I have ever seen in regards to billing. I pay my subscription in full for the year but every few months I see some charge on my checking account and then a couple of days later the money is put back in. They also try to tell me that I agreed to automatic renewal for 2 years at a time when I have never agreed to that and I have to go through the same thing every year and tell them I only want to renew for one year and I do not want automatic renewal.

That's outrageous to charge subscribers that much for online access - Sirius was also sneaky when they added the "music royalty fee" to the monthly price after they were precluded from increasing subscription rates for a period after the merger.

I didn't have any problems when I canceled - just used the free 7 day internet only trials and signed up for a new one every week.

It's a one time fee for all the overtime Howchie and his staff had to work to put together the high-larious AGT101 prank. You didn't like that?

Remember that Howard said that subscription rates would go down with the merger?
+ the a la carte subscription for 7.99/month?

How the hell can Howard lie all the time without getting sued?
