I laughed at it too until I read that the kids fell out when it was only 15 feet off the ground. I imagined them up in the sky freaking out.

It says it was: "The structure was secured to the ground with spikes, but got swept up by high winds anyway, police said."

But I'm not sure I'm buying that.

We got a bounce house for my kid's 4th birthday. You should have seen the carnie filth they sent to set it up. Never again.

The one my friend had came with little tent stakes, just to hold the shape, basically. But it also came with large tethers and big thick, railroad-tie looking stakes that were intended for holding the thing down. They put those in, and even tied a couple of the straps to nearby trees.

Well by the looks of the pump/compressor thing I suppose it functions on the same principles, as far as forcing air is concerned...

Fuck that it was a joke. It's nothing that is fueled by internal combustion. It makes no sense. I was making a joke and it went unnoticed, and then got too serious. Fuck it. Forget it.
