Quite frankly, on some level, well....in other words, isn't it true that in addition to getting a fathers attention, that's a fair point.
Don't tell me what to do
In my personal life, I like saying "the fact of the matter is" before I make a controversial statement that is going to piss somebody off.
DEFINITELY! He uses that constantly, even when it doesn't make sense. I remember one time they were talking about someone breaking up a fight and Wiggy interjected, "So in a sense, he broke up the fight" (there was no "in a sense" about it). He seems to always be looking for a chance to crowbar-in that phrase every chance he gets. He must think it makes him sound intelligent and thoughtful, two things he certainly isn't.
Well - you've said it all.
In my pro wrasslin promos, I like to begin by saying "Let me tell you something!" I need to put them together and say "Let me tell you something! The fact of the matter is that I am the man with the plan! The man of the hour! The man with the power! Too sweet to be sour! Woooo!"
Let's bring this back around.....
"Look at you!" really annoys me too for some reason.
I like you.
I was just going to say that
This is correct....to some extent.
GOOD ONES!! If you listen to Marc Maron's podcast - in an 80 minute chat he'll say "yeah yeah yeah" and "on some level" 40 of those minutes.
