It's 2:52 am, I have to work at 9:00 am, this is happening more and more as I get older. Anyone else? Besides the new SFN refugees.

Yep. It happens to me all of the time. Try to cut down on the booze and caffeine (I know, its easier said than done). When I go for a big walk or play some hoops it seems to help. Take a nice hot shower before you hit the rack and try to find a book to knock you out. I'd advise xanax but that's just another drug that doesn't work after awhile that you have to get off of. Best of Luck, though.

Getting a good nights sleep is the best way to fight the common cold.

Some good indica and time released melatonin works wonders for insomnia

Melatonin does work great but the vivid dreams it causes sometimes can suck.

Now I regret taking that melatonin pill. And that gallon of whole milk.

I take 9mg of time released melatonin. When I took Ambien in the past I was sleepwalking, that freaked the ***outta me so I'm ok with a vivid dream or 2 :)

I don't know about you, but my problem is most likely an Internet addiction. If I wake up during the night I go straight for my damn iPad. Before I know it 2 hours has passed.

Yep. No problem falling asleep but STAYING asleep is my problem. I typically wake up at 3:30am and feel like its time to get up and start my day.

Melatonin is good for making you fall asleep but doesn't really help you STAY asleep through the night.
