    Basically, of the test subjects followed those who switched to "good" fats died sooner than the controls.

    the study will be buried because of the AMA's ties to the political parties and through them to the agricultural conglomerates who stand to lose trillions if people switch back to unprocessed foods.

    i have, but i fell off the wagon around xmas and its really tough getting back into it. maybe once the weather warms up.

    me too. my company cafeteria used to make omelets to order so I could get acceptable foods all day at the office but they decided it was too expensive to do. now i get lazy and bagels are around..

    iced tea with honey. its still sugar but its limited by the packaging.
