http://www.alternet.org/economy/comcast-worst-company-america I wholeheartedly nominate Comcast. I had a problem with my voice mail. It took me 3 weeks and about 18 phone calls to get it resolved (no exaggeration) Had I not had a technical background and was able to solve problems their tech reps couldn't, the problem would never have been resolved. The most frustrating thing was that the problem had been "kicked up to a higher tech level" for resolution. We never received one, not one, call from the specialized tech team. We were just completely ignored. But what are my other choices? I'd go Verizon, but I hate them even more.
