Yes I enjoy seeing black people in every commercial, movie, and tv show when they are only 13% of the population. Diversity is amazzzzzzzzing said the Joos.
What is it good for? I like having lots of different options for food. But other than that?
Diversity is fine so long as assimilation occurs and the peoples of a nation share a common culture and values.
In your diet, yes. In the racial dating preferences of your daughter, no.
Perhaps broadening horizons, traveling to other countries gives you a better appreciation for other things and people.
Ethnocentrism is what has held countries, civilizations, and cultures together for thousands of years.
The idea that Ethnocentrism is a dirty word or undesirable trait is a relatively new, libtard conceit.
I enjoy traveling just fine. But do I need to be exposed to diversity in daily life, where I live?
Non-Muslims? Yes. Muslims? No.
Allowing a reasonable number of law abiding, hard working people the right to immigrate? I'm all for it.
Throwing open the doors and allowing anyone who wants in to come in? A recipe for national suicide. Just look at Sweden.
It's what is actually meant that isn't....many times it means filling quotas and labeling people as some subgroup rather than just people.
You know you have diversity when people answer the question "What are you?" with some heritage, culture, religion etc....
When I traveled I found people answered by telling me what they do for a living. Those places weren't diverse.
Yeah, that's the same thing as importing 100,000 Syrians and giving them welfare on our back.
when did you realize you were a racist and xenophobe?
Not the way it is done here, or the reasons it is done here. It is designed to bring down the civilized society.
Bringing in all of those Syrians and draining our tax dollars is one of the stupidest notions I've ever seen.
They will bring the same misery they're placing on Europe, and we get to pay for it.
I didn't realize that we were running a budget surplus, and all Americans were living so well.
Hopefully Putin will get things fixed over there since Obama has done nothing but make matter worse. Has Obama succeeded with a single foreign policy initiative over his two terms? I honestly cannot think of one thing Obama started which has led to a good outcome. He's in so far over his head with international matters that it's just silly.
The idea - on the surface - seems good enough.
But finding for hard evidence that it's worth all the trouble is causes is hard to do.
