    I don't think the in car systems are worth it. Usually they are out of date before you even sign the papers. Updating the systems sucks and they are overpriced. Just use your phone.

    if you dont have a stand alone unit, or a smart phone then yes. if you have a smartphone, the Garmin software is available for them (its called Navigon), although Google or Apple Maps may be all you need.
