    I blame Canada.

Norm is the greatest underachiever of our generation.

But to answer your question, no.

Nope he was a perfect gentleman, as usual.
he mentioned wigward being really honest (this is around the time of 17:34)
and he mentioned Ottawa and Reveen

I like Norm. He just strikes me as a major drinker that hasn't hit bottom yet.

An example of Norm being disruptive, also saving the audience from the tedium of a standard promotional appearance.

Don't know if he is a big drinker, but he is nuts. Not in a way that would hurt anyone other than himself, he just doesn't live in the same world as the majority of people.

My favorite Norm appearance is when he read Artie's Rolling Stone interview and completely took over the room. Norm focused on making Artie and Fred and Robin laugh by telling his own stories and basically calling Howard a idiot for trying to do a "serious" interview. You could really see Howard getting frustrated repeating the same questions to Norm five or six times before he was acknowledged.

I always assumed he was just a Andy Kaufman type intelligent. Always putting on a act and pissing people off because they didn't understand his delivery. There is also the underground gambling side of Norm who is pretty famous now for illegal gambling, even at former mob sites.
I just assumed he didn't fit in with Hollywood douchebags and was bitter he could never play the game so he pursued a different lifestyle.
Everyone says Rounders was based off Norm, I believe it. Must be a crazy dude behind the curtain.

I saw him do standup a few years ago he was hilarious but
    a. He looked like a woman
    b. He was incredibly awkward
    c. Security jumped on a guy who took a pic from the audience and made him delete it right there

Another example of Norm being disruptive was his G-rated roast of Bob Saget.

Interview with Marc Maron about the roast. Sounds like the laughter was added in post production.
