Is there an inner-city in this country that hasn't been ruined?

I'm not talking parts, I'm taking the whole city. I've heard Milwaukee hasn't, is this true? I've never been there.

It's really sad. All the greatness and history of our little country slowly going away :(

my old neighborhood in Queens isn't so bad. Queens itself has held up ok. There are bad parts in every part of NYC but Queens seems to be lucky and hasn't been completely ruined.

Milwaukee has a pretty small downtown with only a few large buildings. Lots of old churches, buildings and some homes left. It's hard up against Lake Michigan, so no "east side".
All of the "friendly locals" live on the north side, so that's pretty bad.

Camden New Jersey was a great city once upon a time. Most of it is in ruins now.

What I don't understand is, why these places aren't just knocked to the ground when they get to that state. I "know" it's not that easy, but surely it beats the alternative?

If you knock it all down then the rats and cockroaches keep spreading further out. Keep it contained. :fil:

Until the blaek community as a whole starts to reject people like Jesse Jackson & Al Sharpton (who DON'T have their best interest at heart, despite what they claim), and then start to own up to their own deplorable behavior, irresponsibility, & lack of respect for the law --- their circumstances will NEVER change .... The "white man" can appease & accommodate their community 'til the cows come home... But, until they police themselves & the people they share their community with, their predicament will stay as it is..... Stop looking to others to pull you out of the shit-pool you've created for yourself
