As long as you are doing squats using your hams/glutes and not putting pressure on your knees, squat away...
I do squats on my Total Gym, so hopefully not. Bought it 2 months ago, but barely used it.
I hate squats.
They are easier on the Total Gym. I don't have great balance.
Also no such thing as too much vagina
It depends on your goals.
Start using a 10lb kettle bell held upside down will help with balance..
I love it when broads have thighs like dino bravo.
I do them on my Total Gym now, so the balance is good. It's my poor form on other things on there. I told my husband I thought it was going to be fool proof. Silly me I supoose.
Are you Power training?...3 rep sets?....
Try German Volume Training on your Squats,Dead lifts and Bench Press.......
Try not to put too much pressure on your wallet
I don't want to sound like a commercial, but this is what I am using.

Squats on this?.......Just do squats with your body weight.....then use dumbbells......
But you have to bump up the weight and/or reps.Give the body reason to get better.
I would squat no more then 3 days a week personally. For bench I do 3 sets of 8 and you should have a struggle with the last rep ideally
