Italian meatballs, pasta & garlic bread.....

    Let's get cooking!

    First the sauce. Coat bottom of large pot with evoo and sauté 1/2 medium onion for 2 min:

    Throw in 5 cloves crushed garlic, salt, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes and stir on medium heat till golden:

    Add 2 large cans of plum tomatoes and mash them in the pot over medium heat:

    When you mash the tomatoes be sure and leave small chunks. Stir. Add 1 teaspoon sugar, 1.5 teaspoons salt. Bring to a simmer then switch to low heat:

    Stir sauce every 10-15 min. on low heat.

    Add 3/4 cup each of bread crumbs & pec cheese, 2 eggs, 2 tbls. ricotta, 5 cloves crushed garlic, 1/4 cup parsley:

    Add a dash of red pepper flakes and mix it well, incorporating all the ingredients...
