Italian Sunday Dinner... It's becoming a "thing"

    ... Probably due to my love of red wine. :c


    So I made stuffed shells this week, recipe gleaned from Allrecipes.com.

    I followed it to the letter because I'm a nervous cook and i didn't want to fuck it up.

    There are a couple things I will change the next time I make it. So sit back and enjoy!

    Meatballs - 1.5 lb. meatloaf mix, panko bread crumbs, garlic clove crushed, one egg, and salt & pepper. Rolled them up into balls...browning until they go into sauce.


    Here they are simmering in some olive oil.

    Sauce simmering with diced tomato & garlic, salt, pepper. Just enough to finish cooking the meatballs once they are done browning.
