Might be closed for thanksgiving, have to work with what is already on hand...
Depends on what you like to drink.
Now is OK for wine and champagne or a Bloody Mary.
I am holding off till noon for a beer.
Shots about 3:00 seems acceptable.
Mimosas and bloody Mary's have already been poured here in Atlanta
Sparkling cider "mimosas" for the kids.

The trick is to not stop drinking from the night before.

I recently saw a sign that said " If you drink rum in the morning, you're not an alcoholic, you're a pirate".
Well, I saw your post at 12:30PM and concluded that was an appropriate time. If I had read this at 7AM, that would have also been appropriate
