Prime rib with a herbed horseradish crust with roasted asparagus, mashed potatoes and champagne :D

I've been soaking the potatoes for 20 hours so far. that gets all the potassium outta em and makes it safe for me to eat!.

That sound delicious. I never used a horseradish crust.
I usually just make a sauce using fresh horseradish. I'm googling it.

Tonight I'm having leftover ribs, I smoked them on weds. I'm making mustard slaw for the side.
    Enjoy your night.

delicious. i don't notice a difference. i just cant have phosphorus and potassium and there's a fuck ton of potassium in potatoes. could give me a heart attack if i indulge without the extra step to soak em. butter, half n, half lil salt. boom done!

I still need a nutritionist to help me with my diet for gastritis but I get a damn run around and most of these people just cater to diabetics.

6 garlic cloves, fresh cracked black pepper, salt, fresh horseradish around a half a cup shredded fine. fresh thyme like 4 sprigs, olive oil. now blend till you get a paste and spread on top. if you have jarred horseradish, dump the whole jar into layers of paper towel wrap and squeeze all the vinegar out till its a dry lump and works just as fine

roast pork is the hardest meat to keep juicy. 2 degrees off, and it's dry. temperature probes a MUST>
