So I've been watching this new series on the REELZ Channel, Autopsy: The Last Hours of (Dead Celebrity), and they most recently profiled Michael Jackson. It's a British production, and the coroner who gives commentary is some guy named Dr. Shepard. Anyway, back to the wig. One of the "surprises" they talked about with MJ was the fact that he was almost completely bald at death, with only a few patches of his natural hair left growing in the wake of that Pepsi commercial fire 25 years before he died. He had been wearing a "semi permanent" wig held on by glue for the past 25 years. After hearing that, I've become more convinced than ever that the mop on top of Howard's head is a similar set up.
