ITT: I aware you on the 3 best ab exercises (srs) (six pack brah) (summer shred crew)

    OK....I'm not going to get into to nutrition (intermittent fasting/paleo) and weight training (heavy and often) because that would take forever. However, they are very important to having visible abs. My only goal here is to aware you on 3 of the best ab exercises
    you can do. It's been my personal experience that doing abs 3-4x a week yields the best results.

    1. The all time best exercise:

    That is the very advanced version. I recommend you starting on your knees, working your way up to your knees on a bonsu ball, then standing and rolling out to a wall until you gradually can just roll out like in the video above.

    2. Hanging leg raises:

    You can start off just raising your knees up but you should soon progress to raising them straight leg, like in the video, and then progress you raising them until they touch the bar overhead and hold.

    3. Cable side plank:

    That one is pretty self-explanatory. Sometimes I'll do them in the plank position and do the cable rows which hits the obliques good.

    no...better than nothing but not a good exercise. Crunches off of a flat surface doesn't give good range of motion for much benefit.

    The only thing I do that's close to a crunch is getting on a incline bench lying back, hold up a 35lb kettlebell straight up
    in the air in one hand, and then doing a situp/crunch.

    I lay on my back and make my wife throw my ankles towards the ground while I keep my legs straight. If she can get my feet to touch the ground I reward her by not talking to her for 3 days.
