Nope. I stopped that over a year ago. I've been doing intermittent fasting for the last 8 months.
Both work but I like IF better.
I always get it from restaurants but yeah...I would eat it if I knew how to make it
How does that work. You skip breakfast and have an early dinner? No snacking? No beer?
I like carbs too much for the paleo diet
When they seat you at Buca De Beppo they walk you through the kitchen..whole place smells like garlic bread..Makes you insane
IF is the way to go. started it years ago when i was on the road a lot as a way to not have to count calories.
Only thing needed here is a glass of wine and a small garden salad.
No set rules but the way I do it is I eat my first meal after my workout, around 3 pm, then I eat another meal around 9 pm. I won't
eat again until 3 pm the next day if I workout. If I don't, then I'll go a full 24 hrs.
I don't want to debate with people who eat every 3 hrs. I did that for 15 years. IF works much better for me NOW with my lifestyle and age.
Yep. Never count a calorie or have to exclude any foods when I eat.
