WTF I've lost 49 pounds

    since last May.
    I cut out as much sugar as possible, and use portion control. I'm down to 222.

    sugar is definitely the culprit, exercise too, its not a diet, its a new lifestyle

    Not for nothing, if you can cut out all carbs: breads, sugar, fruits, rice, pasta etc., the weight will melt off.

    Stick to proteins and vegetables.

    I assume you increased your activity level. I find keeping active really helps. Helps even more if you can find someone else to be active with.

    Now cut out all the processed junk food if you haven't already.I lost 110 lbs the last 2 1/2 years with squats and push ups(resistance training is the key to proper weight loss and maintaining your Basal metabolic rate),eat whole foods and only drink water/coffee.Discipline.Stick to eating the good stuff(mucho fiber),exercises that work for you at least 4 days a week and you'll sweat and shit your way to a healthier you.

    I've dropped 36 pounds since February 1'st. I go,to the gym everyday for about an hour. Nothing too crazy.

    No fruit, no bread, no rice. Lots of leafy greens and 6 ounces of lean protein a day. That....and a SHIT ton of water.

    It is a myth about eating at night. I lost 20lbs in three months and I never had dinner earlier than 7:30.

    One thing you should do is eat small meals all day long. If you eat 5-6 meals a day, it kicks your metabolism into gear. I am constantly eating and I burn fat like crazy. You can even increase your calorie intake a bit with this method.
