    Admittedly, today was a horrible day in terms of eating. Around 400g oats + tons of sugar (holy shit that stuff is amazing), two pizzas, some chicken and rice, and a bunch of candy, totaling around 3500 kcal, has left me with a very bloated and painful stomach.

    However, all in all I'm doing great :) Expect progress pictures in 1-2 weeks!

    Anyways, to the point of this thread:

    If you have any questions regarding weightloss, fitness, or getting a 6-pack...just ask!

    Frozen. Usually if I say I've had two in one day, the pizza's will be 330g each. If it's one, it's usually a 600g+.
