She rode Jameis Winston like a bull at the National Finals Rodeo. Jameis Winston has filed a lawsuit against the woman who accused him of sexual assault, a report suggests. The Tampa Bay Buccaneer quarterback has filed a counterclaim against Erica Kinsman, 20, saying her allegations are false and defamatory. The NFL's first overall draft pick also claims she 'maliciously and impermissibly interfered with Mr. Winston's business and personal relationships'. The court papers also allege that Kinsman willingly participated in the encounter and at one point asked to move from the bedroom with a broken door to somewhere more private. According to The Tampa Bay Times, the former Florida State University star is seeking $75,000 in damages. In April, Miss Kinsman filed her own suit against Winston, claiming he assaulted and raped her at an off-campus apartment in 2012. She also waived her anonymity to tell her side of the story for a documentary, The Hunting Ground, which aired at The Sundance Film Festival in January. It casts a critical eye on the role that fraternities, athletic departments and schools play in rape investigations on campus.
