They are by far one of the most annoying couples out there, but this makes me like them a little bit. You can just tell howard is one of those guys who truly thinks he deserves every penny he's gotten out of this fucked up inflated entertainment business. I hope he does what's right and breaks off a good piece for all his employees when he retires, but who knows what he'll do when in comes down to it.

You think he might already do stuff like this?

The Stern staff has a better chance of Beyonce and Jay Z giving them a $45k bonus than Stern.

    I actually understand Howard.
They are not his employees. They are Sirius/Indemands employees.

Why should Howard take money from his own pocket and give as bonuses to another companies employees? It is not even legal, if Howard don't first pay tax on the money and just give it as a donation.

Howard is a greedy tribe member. He believes that he should have 99% and the rest should fight for 1%. But no one is forcing the retards to work for Howard.

And Gary/Robin are amongst the luckiest persons in the world. Zero talent and still makes millions. (add to that also Benjy who make a good living as contractor to Sirius)

Howard is so cheap that he don't even pay Toni, Ralph and Ronnie.
Ronnie is in Howard's Sirius contract. "Free 24/7 limo service". (Ronnie is also one of the lucky guys. Charging an arm and a leg for driving Howard and Sirius gladly pays up)

Ralph was an confirmed Indemand employee. Dough is he real boss. They fought on air where Dough reminded Ralph that he is his official boss.

Toni: She is also payed by Indemand.

Howard also got AGT to pony up money for Toni and Ralph. Just look at Howard's film contract. It was specified that he had to get Ralph as dresser and Tony as a hair stylist. Even how much they would get payed was specified in Howard's insane contract. (the same contract where it legally was written that he had to have the biggest wan/dressing room of all actors. That is the kind of stuff TribeHoward thinks is important)

We got a nice gift card to Amazon since we weren't invited to the Christmas Party... that was a pretty fuggin' epic surprise. The one intern who went was invited as a date and still received the card as well. Good on Howard, IMO. Was a nice gesture that I never got to thank him for.

I worked for possibly the shittiest company on earth.. They decided to start a "bonus" program, which you could only get if A) The company achieved its financial forecast goals and B) you completed a yearly "special project". I other words- unpaid work. They'd give you these projects that would take up huge amounts of your spare time, which you weren't paid for, which they benefitted from, and then claim that they were for the employee's "self improvement". In the end, you had no clue if you'd even see a cent of bonus. In years when the company didn't meet it's goals, you didn't, and you saw zero money for your efforts. If you didn't complete the "project" in a year that there were bonuses, you didn't get one.

The years where they did reach their $$$ goals, and they gave out the bonuses, you'd looked at them, they were taxed at the highest rate allowed by law. They CLAIMED that this was so we wouldn't be hit at tax time, and we'd get back all this money. It was like 45% of the bonus. They then used this same day (EVERY BONUS DAY) to send out email memos to all employees that "due to an increase in medical and dental claims, we are forced to increase premiums..." One year the increase was 33%. it wiped out every cent of the fucking bonus.

Howie works the same way with his staff......act as if you're giving so much with the left, take away with the right.
