    Hey slutmuffins,

Not much interesting going on here. Dinner was good, but I wanted to make guacamole to accompany it, but all the avocadoes at the store were harder than hand grenades, so it was a non-go.

    On Tonight's Menu:

Chicken Nachos - Tortilla Chips(store bought) with Stewed, Seasoned Chicken, Pinto Beans, Queso Fresca, Shredded Cabbage, and Homemade Pico De Gallo....

...and a track by the man himself, Mr. Frank Zappa with "Stick It Out" off the classic concept album "Joe's Garage Acts I, II, & III":

Feel free to talk about your food and music. I'll be drinking for the third night in a row, but I'm a lightweight compared to blairg. Thanks to everyone for all the positive reps and for keeping me company at the Saloon.:hat:

...also some of Zappa's work could be categorized as Jazz if you want to get technical. :weird:

There's cheese on it, silly! Its called Queso Fresca. Its a crumbly cheese of Mexican origins.

Someday when I'm sober, I must learn more about messican cheeses. Till then, I say grill the chicken instead of stewing it...

I didn't have enough time to "serenade" the chicken before grilling, so that's why I stewed it. :)

Here's a good guide to Mexican cheeses, scroll down the page to where they list the cheeses and give a brief description of their properties...

It is and its perfect for nachos because you can melt it, but the chips don't start sticking together while you're eating it.
