I wish I could do impressions. I so fail unless I'm doing a puerto rican who's angry.
Wait... I mean a puerto rican. That first statement was redundant.
why do all impressionists sound the same but none actually sound like the person they are doing the impression of?
very few people can pull off a dead on impression and jay mohr is one of them.
At 7:16, his Alannis Morrisette impression was pretty funny.
Yeah, but ever so often they'll nail one. I like Dana Carvey's Jimmy Stewart.
Dana Carvey is considered the best presidential impressionist, yet his impression sounded nothing like Bush I.
Making such assertions wouldn't be prudent
as i said, very few can pull it off. most get away with it because they have the "mannerisms" down and that is enough of a pass. i mentioned jay mohr because he does a few dead on impressions. his harvey keitel is stellar, as is his colin quin and tracy morgan. his walken is scary good.
