It's rare that I want to see a new star QB fail.....but in his case I hope he is the next Ryan Leaf.

True and todays sports teams will release you if they can if they know you have "addiction" problems. But if you can get to rehab when you hear they are thinking of letting you go, they have to keep you. You just can't release a player in rehab trying to "better themselves".

I doubt he would be successful at the NFL level even if he was the first one in the facility...last one out, studied tape like it was going out of style, worked with his receivers in the off season, bought steaks every week for his O-line, and just lived football 24/7. He should just bang
as many hot chicks in Cleveland as he can and enjoy the ride for the next year or two until he finally gets cut. His family is rich so can always go back to Texas and work for his daddy.

    PARTY ON!

Coked up and drunk or thumpin a bible, the lil fella will be cut next off season.

The day he was told to leave the Manning QB camp was the day everyone w/ a brain should have known he don't have what it takes.

He will sleep for 2 days, eat an apple to clean his liver and he'll be fine.

Manziel was a helluva college QB, but so was Baby Jesus, Teblow. That doesn't always translate or transition to the NFL, especially when coming from spread offensive formations counting on a QB's mobility. Considering how frail he looks, I always viewed him as a first round reach and destined more to be an RGturd than a Russell Wilson, in respect to mobility being their strongest suit, and when that option is taken away, prone to mistakes and injuries when compelled to throw from the pocket. Both are also me-first divas with a sense of entitlement from either growing up affluent and/or having their asses kissed by fans and sponsors.

Manziel obviously does not learn from his mistakes, putting immediate gratification over long term benefit. You can write that off as "immaturity," but I've always maintained that when you reach young adulthood, you've developed a "default" behavioral set and sooner or later, despite best efforts and intents to swim against the current, one generally tires out from doing what comes unnaturally, and capitulates back to their real self.. And that's him.

I don't root against against any of these kids, but I sure wouldn't bet the farm on Manziel being in the least successful :dontknow:
