Rosie O'Donnell 'will NOT be drug tested' in bitter custody battle with estranged wife Michelle Rounds Rosie O'Donnell will not have to undergo random drug testing after a New York judge threw out the demand by her estranged wife Michelle Rounds, according to a new report. TMZ reported Saturday that the judge hearing the bitter custody case between the former host of The View and the former IT consultant is satisfied O'Donnell, 53, is a capable parent. The judge allegedly refused to add any conditions to the current agreement in which both women share equal custody of their two year old adopted daughter Dakota. However, the judge did warn both parties to stop taking their case to the public by talking to the media and posting comments and photos relating to the children on social media. Rounds, 43, has given several interviews to TMZ and TV entertainment shows publicizing her grievances while O'Donnell has posted photos on Instagram and Twitter, including one of Dakota with her hand in the air and the caption 'Don't I get a vote?' TMZ claimed Saturday that Rounds isn't backing down following the judge's ruling and will go back to court because she still thinks Dakota is in danger. Rounds is fighting for full custody, alleging O'Donnell is an unfit parent because of her 'excessive use of booze and weed'. But the TV personality is claiming that it's simply a ploy by her second wife to nullify the prenuptial agreement she signed before their 2012 marriage and get more money in a divorce settlement. The couple announced in February that they are getting divorced. The bitterness of the feud has also apparently spread to the women's lawyers. TMZ claimed that on the way out of court, Rounds' attorney told O'Donnell's attorney to 'f**k off.' NEW LOVES???
