after doing four weeks of insanity I have doubled my intake and I try to do three sink sessions where I just sit there and take them down like a boss
I'm on day 7 and I am full of hate. I'm keeping a journal and was going to post my "thoughts" in health and wellness.

You really should.It would be inspirational to others. I can't believe I am still doing it the whole floor is still covered in sweat. I have noticed though after I recover I have more energy through out the day and my mood has improved a little bit. Keep pushing through you are in such great shape as it is.
It's gonna be over 100 degrees here today.
I did a ton of research about the whole principal behind it. It's crazy. I would think P90X would be much harder but all the reviews are saying to do P90 before Insanity because of the level of intensity There is a difference between being in shape and being in Insanity shape. I can run 5 miles without an issue. I'm winded within 5 minutes of the Insanity warm ups...my husband read my journal and laughed his ass off. Maybe I will post it.
