There's nothing that can be done with this piece of shit.....A bullet to the skull would be doing society a favor Homeless man with 42 prior arrests pushed subway rider into side of moving train: police BY Rocco Parascandola , Joseph Stepansky NEW YORK DAILY NEWS Wednesday, April 22, 2015, 11:05 PM DOCCS Carl Smalls, seen here in 2006, has been arrested 42 times. Now he's charged with attempted murder for allegedly shoving a man in front of a train at a Midtown subway station. A homeless career criminal shoved a man on a Midtown subway platform, sending him stumbling into a moving train in a horrific and random close call Tuesday, police sources said. Carl Smalls, 50, was pacing the Penn Station subway platform and cursing before he shoved the innocent straphanger, Richard Gang, 53, causing him to lose his footing and lurch into the side of a northbound E train around 10:30 a.m., the sources said. Gang was treated for a right forearm injury but was otherwise unharmed, police said. Smalls, who has been arrested 42 times — including four times for robbery — was nabbed soon after and was charged with aggravated assault, police said. The Manhattan district attorney’s office upped the charge to attempted murder on Wednesday and sources said they will likely set bail at $100,000.
