    And got about 2 cups worth. :jj:

    The sauce I made is smooth. I pressed it through a strainer. I need a food mill. Can you recommend one for me? Ohsomuch?

    I almost got one from Amazon to use on beans for my son (smoother purée since it removes the skin) but never did. :(

    I used the tiniest bit of my sauce to top my roasted eggplants. OMG SO GOOD.

    Nah. Fuck pasta. lol I sliced the eggplant like burger patties. I topped the broiling eggplant with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and garlic. :c
