I'm not real sure that was what you'd call a "spanking"...
If only more nogs would discipline and care about their kids like this dad does the ghetto might start to turn around.
Just watched it again. His dad is like a little black Oompah Loompah...
The blacks are some of the most physically abusive parents in the United States, if not the most.
Corporal punishment does not work. Only dumb people do it routinely.
was the kid right to throw a punch?
Every kid tries.
When I was 17 I thought I was man enough to take my dad, I was 6'2 210lbs and was going to play football in college when I graduated from high School.
My dad wasn't the biggest man 5'10 about 180lbs so I figured that I didn't have to take it anymore cause i was big enough and strong enough to take him on and win, Boy was I wrong.
I forget what the fight started over but I do remember that I was being an asshole trying to provoke my dad so i could beat his ass. Well he finally had enough and asked what was going on. I told him that I ain't taking it anymore and he asked me something about wanting to fight. I told him that I was a man and I didn't have to listen to him anymore.
We went outside to our basketball court and he asked me if this is what I really wanted to do and he gave me a chance to back down but I didn't take it.
When my dad knew that I wasn't going to back down there was no warning, there was no pushing, there was no yelling, my dad just beat me down in about 10 seconds. I don't know if I landed a punch or even got one off. I do know that I never bucked up to or ever disrespected my father again and found out what kids meant when they talked about "old man strength"
Believe it or not after that day my dad and I never had another issue again and we became closer than ever.
typical Eagles fan
I was thinking the same thing....lol
Can't underestimate old man strength.
3 generations of EAGLES fans and we still are waiting for our first Superbowl Victory.
My dad never saw a superbowl win
I never saw a superbowl win
my son is still waiting for a superbowl win
im a Dolphins fan
Hell no, I thought it was an urban legend.
Like you, I can't remember what it was about. But I was 16 and had Life all figured out.
But he said something or told me to do something I just wasn't gonna do. Unlike your encounter, there was no discussion. I'd finally had enough and thought I could take him and in the midst of the argument, I took a swing at him.
It was like an automatic reflex from him. He punched me right in the nose. Yeah, my father was the first to break my nose.
The worst part was having to admit to myself that I had it coming, because if the tables were turned?
I'd have done the same thing!
exactly, I deserved the ass whooping I got that day and I deserved every beating that i got. I didn't get many but the ones I got, i earned.
OOooh, I got lots of spankings, including in school! I was an ornery little shit.
Your problem was ya tried to take him from a standing up position when ya should have taken him to the ground like he did to you. Had a similar situation with my old man when I was just getting into high school but I absorbed a few blows in order to go for the leg sweep knockdown to put him on his back. Can't land many haymakers on your back or belly.
Here you go, fuckface:
Blacks most likely to use physical punishment: http://inamerica.blogs.cnn.com/2011...icans-most-likely-to-use-physical-punishment/
Physical punishment increases violent behavior: http://www.apa.org/pi/prevent-violence/resources/violent-behavior.aspx
Have some facts, fuckface. Good for you on your ONE example, which is anectdotal evidence - something which DUMB people like you use routinely as "evidence."
Now, go get fucked.
Vikings fan checking in to say at least your teams won championships at some point in their histories.
What is the situation up there? Are they sticking with Ponder? Is Frazier still coach?
