In case any of you were wondering. It's the book called "The Fast Diet" by Brit Mark Mosley. The web-site is thefastdiet.co.uk. It uses it's 5:2 intermittent fasting plan, which is just 2 days on, 5 days whatever you want to eat. Anyway, I've tried it. Starts to work in the long run. But it's TOUGH. Those two days are rough (and if I want to kick it up a notch/lose more weight I'll do three days) and the next day after/normal day after eating anything, sometimes you don't feel so great. But it does work, and his documentaries are good. All about food and health and I saw them on public tv a couple yrs back.
