No pants, no panties, big problem: half-naked Pennsylvania woman arrested for DUI Justine King was sitting in her car, in the middle of an intersection, after hitting another vehicle, police said. The air bag had deployed and when an officer peered in, he said he discovered she had nothing on from the waist down and was sitting on an empty booze bottle. That couldn't have been a pretty sight. Police in Aliquippa, Pa., who responded to a traffic accident report found a 33-year-old woman behind the wheel of a Chevy Malibu, stopped in the middle of an intersection. She wasn't wearing any pants, or underpants, according to a court complaint posted on the Smoking Gun website. And her bare bottom was perched atop an empty bottle of Black Velvet whiskey, the report said. When the officer told her she had hit another car, Justine King blurted "No, I did not." When told to get out of the vehicle, King yelled "I don't have any pants! I left my home without them!" the complaint says. The car's airbags had deployed, but the responding officer said he could see the woman's missing clothing on the driver's side floorboard, underneath the pedals. King, who was "extremely belligerent , kicking, pulling away and struggling," had to be pulled from her car, sans pants and panties, and handcuffed, the report said. Officer Joshua Stanga said King refused to put on her pants, so while he was driving her to a local hospital for blood-alcohol test, he called ahead to request a gown. At the medical center, while Stanga was retrieving the gown, King kicked out the back window of his patrol car, he wrote. She has been charged with drunken driving, resisting arrest, public lewdness, reckless driving and disorderly conduct, the report said.
