Also, what do you do for work and have you ever dreaded going in? How do you handle?
You mean sexually frustrated?
Anyway, crying at work.... That is why women don't belong in the workplace. Unless they are madmen type secretaries that are paying their dues in tight skirts
lol cry harder, faggot
Oh boy! And the thread said ladies only doofus for this reason! Lol
I had a GM who ordered me to make one of my female employees cry. He explained it by way of saying, "employees are like children, and they have to be made to be afraid." It's worth noting this putz wasn't a parent.
Anyway, I did it, and felt like an asshole for it. Still do, ten years later. I quit on him a month after that.
Yes, but NEVER in front of my employees.
I used to work with a bunch of broads and they were crying all the time.

This thread is a cry for sugar daddy help
If I worked with zombie and saw her crying at work I'd shove her into the supply closet and do her from behind to bring her spirits back up. I'm unselfish like that.
when a female friend would come in my office and cry, often over frustration with a boss or co-worker, i was sympathetic and helped if i could. when someone i managed started crying over asshole customers or difficult or short turn around work, i'm not amused. suck it up and get to work. if it's too much for you, move on or i'll move you on. it's not a fucking day care... is what i'd think. i'd be sympathetic but seriously, move on!
i'm not a woman but i like women so my opinion counts!
Last year a friend of mine brought in a huge black dildo to the secret Santa at work. The girl who got it started crying.
Now that was a fun day.
Without dishing it all out there, I will just say I've worked in a very male dominated industry for umpteen years and learned very early on....there's NO crying at my job.
I knew this thread was a mistake..
Chin up girl, most personal dilemma threads are around here....
