She could tell by looking in her rear view what a cheap jew you are. She felt bad for the poor people working there and wanted to tip them since you obviously weren't going to do it.
Older cougary type. Seemed to be in good shape from what I could tell, but maybe a tad leathery. But, I mean, you know...I'd hit it.
They do that all the time at the Tim Hortons. I have paid for car behind before and have had mine payed before also.
someone did that for me last Tuesday. i was so happy and it really made my day. so i was telling some people at work about it and they said, "so you paid for the person behind you, right?" i said, "no." they started giving me shit. apparently Starbucks does this thing where they see how long the "chain" can go with people buying orders for the next person. here i was all happy thinking someone was being nice. that totally ruined it.
It's a big thing. Starbucks are keeping track of how many people do it in a row. Some place recently had it happen almost all day. I don't get it. Either pay for your own or pay for someone elses. Maybe I'm too corrupt to see the random act of kindness aspect of it.
