With a nice Home Made Balsamic Vinaigrette.
No pics. Eating it right naw.
Ground black pepper?
There's no way you can get fat from eating this.
What's in the vinaigrette?
Aks me about my balsamic vinaigrette.
Tomatoes are amazing this time of year.
My suggestion for a quick one...
Cavender's Seasoning(they have a low sodium version if you regulate salt)
and a bit of Honey
I halve the grape tomatoes and quarter the peeled cucumber slices.
I got a friend that has over 40 plants, he keeps me in tomats.
He plants them 2 x's a year.
Dijon Mustard is my friend.
Its awesome on a baked sweet potato with balsamic vinegar.
I put a bunch of other stuff of top too(like bell pepper or raw broccoli) to balance out the texture.
I basically live off this salad and I don't know what cavenders seasoning is. I keep it simple. Sometimes I just use oil and reg vinegar with salt and peppers of course. And no honey on my salad thanks.
I like my tomatoes ice cold
If you become overwhelmed, freeze or can them. Nothing like a garden tomato when you can't get them in the winter.
My goal is to find tomatoes for under a 1.49 a lb.
You can freeze tomatoes?
Honey in salad dressing just balances out the acidity.
Kroger is the big supermarket in my neck of the woods, but they have both types. You can also order it, but I'd also check out the spice aisle before you do so. Its magical on grilled chicken..
