It's about time. As anyone who tries to listen to Sirius on Iphone using 3g knows it's hit and miss. Now you can download the show and store it on phone and listen it to anywhere. The problem is just getting the Sirius app to open as it stalls trying to download channel artwork. Maybe now the app will just open without downloading channel information if you are just trying to listen to a show that you already downloaded. I hate the Sirius app as it is not designed for 3g use. It should be streamlined to just work with a minimal download. Hell, it even stalled on my home network which is ridiculous. By the way the number of available shows that you can download on Sirius is very small. Must be a lot of rights issues. I'm surprised Howard permitted it. He would tell you it's Sirius decision when in reality it would be because he wanted more money.

If only it would do this years ago. Who would waste the space to download and save this shit.

It's a start and I'm hoping Sirius allows more shows from different channels to be downloaded. Sirius just has to make a way that certain shows can't be transferred or saved beyond a certain date.

John Malone probably stepped in. He seems to be more concerned with competition from pod casts and Pandora than Mel or Howard. Hopefully Malone will right the ship and be successful without those two out of touch geezers.

I've had this technology since the late 1990's.

man they are really on the cutting edge with this latest advancement. if the show were ever on anymore (and had a comic in the studio) this would be exciting news.

I have no issues using the app with 3g. If you're having a problem with the app try deleting and re-install it from iTunes. Wiggy doesn't permit any the H101 content to be available in the On Demand system or for DL.

Considering the DL feature is only available with the app that's not a problem. :c

Jon Hein and the Geektime crew don't want their fabulous show downloaded. I guess they wanted to get paid and "Marbles" isn't giving up a dollar.
