Looks awesome. They sell those smoke boxes now where you can put chunks of wood ontop of the burners if you want to add some smoke to your meat.
You can't kid me, ribs are just pig knuckles with sauce on them.
First I made a dry rub with paprika, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, chili powder, garlic powder. I rubbed that shit all over them and wrapped them in foil and baked on low heat for a few hours. Then I moved them to the grill and added some chipotle BBQ sauce.
That's how it's done!
I'm sure Bro will get off when he sees meat pics.
that's what I do, oven, low & slow for 4-5hrs, then grill hot for a few minutes.
